Orders placed through our site are final once production has begun, especially for custom or personalized products, which cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order unless production has already begun.

• Warranties: All items are inspected before shipment. If a defect is found within 7 days of delivery, contact us with photos for review.

• Intellectual property: All product designs, graphics, and photos belong to Wicked Beauties Kreations and may not be used without written permission.
